I wonder if “failing to look properly” includes “misinterpreting ‘red’ as ‘go’ at traffic lights”. Also I’m surprised that “being a general dickhead” doesn’t rank higher. I of course am the perfect cyclist, with only 1 black mark on my regular route (ignoring a no-entry sign on a
2-way street).
